We have a dedicated case management team that work hard to match the right carer with each client and we endeavour to provide continuity of care to minimise changing personnel. We take time to understand every clients’ situation so that we may achieve this.

We have a rigorous care worker selection process to ensure the highest standard of care and ensure that all are well trained. As a condition of employment all staff must undergo various checks as required by the NSW Dept of Health and all are fully insured.

ESP Healthcare can provide carers from a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) range of backgrounds with information and support specific to your needs. Some of the languages spoken included Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Italian, Greek, Russian, Croatian and Hindi.

If you are caring, considerate, honest, compassionate, reliable and have good communication skills we can provide you with the training to become a carer. Our health care services are provided on a casual work basis, with flexible hours. This is perfect if you have a family or study commitments.

The work currently available includes respite care, personal care, social support, shopping, meal preparation, domestic assistance and client transport. A reliable and comprehensively insured motor vehicle and a current driver licence are essential.

Positions Available

Casual Work Available

Are you looking for rewarding and interesting work that will fit in around family life? Casual work is available for people that feel they have the empathy, compassion, discipline and commitment to caring for seniors in their homes. This care involves offering respite care to families,personal care and general domestic assistance , social support and transportation.
A reliable and comprehensively insured car and a current drivers licence is essential. You will need to enrol in or have already Certificate III in aged care/disability care (now referred to an Individual Support). You must be flexible and available to commit to 10-15 hours minimum per week.

Working With Disabled

We are currently seeking skilled Care Workers who have the experience with the complex needs of those with disability. We are seeking empathetic, energetic, and compassionate people who have an interest and passion for supporting and encouraging people with disabilities to live independently in their home. Professionalism

ESP Healthcare has a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of in home care are given to all clients of all ages.

We have a rigorous care worker selection process and provide extensive training to our staff. All our staff are fully covered under Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Workers Compensation insurance policies.

As a condition of employment, all our in home care workers must undergo an Australian Federal Police check and where applicable a Working with Children check.

Home Care Staff Training

All employees receive comprehensive training at our specially equipped training facility in Balmain, Sydney.

It is equipped with hoist equipment, hospital beds, catheter and peg feeding equipment, continence management pads, whiteboards and projectors.

All in home carers attend inservice training which includes:

Certificate III Training Courses

We have partnered with a well respected training organisation to provide the Certificate III Individual Support to qualifying staff. Our own training is carried out in parallel with this.
