ESP Healthcare has been assessed and registered by JAS-ANZ and International Standards Certifications. We comply with the requirements of the International Standard 9001:2015 for the provision of home care assistance to clients living in the community through the delivery of personal care, respite care, shopping, transport, meal preparation, domestic assistance and case management.
As part of this accreditation we are subject to regular and ongoing audit.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Approved Provider
ESP Healthcare is a fully approved provider to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
We can provide in-home care services and help you navigate your discussions with the NDIS.
All ESP Healthcare policies and procedures are consistent with the National Disability Service Standards.
As an approved provider we are subject to regular and ongoing government audit.
Home Care Package Approved Provider
ESP Healthcare is a fully approved provider of government funded Home Care Packages.
We can provide in-home care services as well as care management services.
We can also help you navigate the ever changing rules and regulations of government assistance and funding.
We can assist you through the process of applying for a Home Care Package and put you in touch with the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) to be assessed for eligibility.
We can provide private services where you are not government funded.
